Payments

QR Medical ID Products are highly personalised and custom made to order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Purchases can be made via PayPal on our secure website or via Bank Transfer upon request.

Order Processing and Shipping Policy

No QR Medical ID Products will be dispatched until full payment has been received and a Proof of each item in your order has been confirmed to be correct. Once your payment has been received in full, please allow up to 24 hours for us to email you with a Personal Carrier Details form. This is required to be filled in by you in order for us to produce a Proof. You will be given an electronic Proof to check carefully. Once you have checked the Proof and confirmed to us that the details are correct and that you wish us to proceed with your order, please allow a minimum of 3 business for your order to be dispatched. Larger orders may take up to 2 weeks to complete. Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Return Policy

Because your QR Medical ID Products are personally design and manufactured, and cannot be re-used by anybody other than who they were designed for, we cannot accept returns. You are obligated to check the Proof(s) we send you. If you fail to spot a mistake after confirming that the Proof is acceptable, unless we have not yet started to produce your order, you will be liable for any materials and/or reprinting costs.

Product Warranty

All QR Medical ID Products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon receipt, please carefully inspect your purchase for errors or defects. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear such as scratching, dents, fading or bending

• Damage resulting from misuse, accidental handling, or exposure to corrosive substance

• Loss of any kind

• Repairs by anyone other than QR Medical Products

• Changes in personal/medical/ICE information
