The QR Medical Lockscreen is designed to give important medical information to the first people on the scene if/when you become unwell. Details include:

The QR Medical Lockscreen also includes instructions to call 999 for an ambulance as well as scan your personal QR code. The QR links to additional medical information, provided by you. You can choose how much information you would like to appear when your QR code is scanned, however we suggest the following:

Where your medication is stored (e.g. Inhaler in handbag etc)

There is no limit to the amount of information that can be linked to your QR code.

What are the costs?

The QR Medical Lockscreen is priced at £2.95.
What about updates or replacements?
​
If you lose your mobile phone please contact us ASAP so that we can cancel your QR code. This will keep your personal information secure. If you would like a replacement QR Medical Lockscreen, you will be required to pay £0.95.
​
If you need to update the information linked to your QR code, there is a charge of £1.95. So, if your medication changes, you wish to add/edit/remove an emergency contact or add a medical condition, try to give us all of the updates at the same time to make the most of the £1.95 update charge. Please note that updating your QR code will update any other QR Medical Products you may own, so the update price is very affordable.
