This is done separately from the initial order so that we can register and assign your QR code to you and assign you a secure order number which links to your code.

You can choose how much information you would like to appear when your QR code is scanned, however we suggest the following:
Your name
Medical condition(s)
Emergency contacts (as many as you like)
List of medication
Blood group
NHS number
Any known allergies
Where your medication is stored (e.g. Inhaler in handbag etc)
How to treat you in an emergency
There is no limit to the amount of information that can be linked to your QR code.
What are the costs?
The QR Medical Lockscreen is priced at £2.95.
What about updates or replacements?
If you lose your mobile phone please contact us ASAP so that we can cancel your QR code. This will keep your personal information secure. If you would like a replacement QR Medical Lockscreen, you will be required to pay £0.95.
If you need to update the information linked to your QR code, there is a charge of £1.95. So, if your medication changes, you wish to add/edit/remove an emergency contact or add a medical condition, try to give us all of the updates at once time to make the most of the £1.95 update charge. Please note that updating your QR code will update any other QR Medical Products you may own, so the update price is very affordable.
